Fonts: load Archivo (600), IBM Plex Sans (400/500/600) and IBM Plex Mono (400/500) with `next/font` and map them
onto `--font-title`, `--font-ui`, `--font-code` (CJK falls through to `--font-cjk`). Same allowlist as the DTC
admin's `scripts/sync-tokens.mjs` (STACK-AND-PACKAGES §5.5).
