**Why:** the same quiet rules as Tickets (../QUIET-RULES.md) so the flagships match. Reduction only — same 31 boards, layout, data.
**Source:** `r2/src/` (copy of `src/` + quiet pass). Round 1 files untouched. Tickets r2 imports this shell and peek.

## Result

**−17 % visible words across all 30 screens; D01 −29 %, O01 −10 %.** Visible words = headless Chrome innerText of the 1440×900 screen (shell included, annotation panel and band excluded), counted the same way for r1 and r2. Meter script lived in the session scratchpad; it is not part of the build.
Orders is mostly row data (24 order rows × 9 columns on the index), so the cut is smaller than Tickets; the noise here was chrome, not copy. Boards drawn as specs (D02 action model, D03 matrix) and the phone trios (O10, D19) were not changed.

- **Piece chips coloured by phase** — that colour is the information (where each piece is), not decoration.

- **Open issues “1”** — a count you act on.
