**Why:** Frank, 18 Oct: direction good, “WAY too noisy”. Rules: ../QUIET-RULES.md. Reduction only — same layout, data, real-ness and the 19 boards.
**Source:** `r2/src/` (copy of `src/` + the quiet pass; imports the Orders **r2** shell/peek). Round 1 files in `src/`, `shots/`, `canvas/` are untouched.
**Outputs:** `r2/shots/` · `r2/canvas/` · `r2/contact-sheet.png` · `r2/before-after/T02-before-after.png`, `T01-before-after.png`.

## Result

**−35 % visible words across all 18 screens** (target ≥ 35 %). T02 −36 %, T01 −35 %. Visible words = headless Chrome innerText of the 1440×900 screen (shell included, annotation panel and band excluded), counted the same way for r1 and r2. Meter script lived in the session scratchpad; it is not part of the build.

## Kept on purpose

- **Proposal / needs-backend tags** where the screen draws something unreal (Internal note, Put Order On Hold on new ticket, Undo) — truth over calm; the sentences beside them went.
- **“Send to ‹shop›”** — it is the one remaining signal that every reply emails the shop now the footer is gone.
- **Real product copy**: “No relevant match found…”, “AI suggestion service is temporarily unavailable.”, the two neutral wallet lines, “Read-only for your role.”
- **Status chip colours** (the real DB colours) — the one accent per row.
- **Every real action and field**: Saved reply, Cite article, Get AI Suggestion, Upload, Record, Send, Save, Open order, Debit or credit, All tickets, filters, Edit views, density, rows-per-page.
